And so we now know what the ‘other lot’ do, when they disappear over the horizon. So, a
successful & enjoyable day was had by all, riders & guests enjoying the common aim of our
Club - good friendship.

At lunch, there was the usual handout of trophy awards, or at least those that were on site
on the day. Our erstwhile President that was, received the appropriately named President’s
Cup for being the most culpable in the Lost Boys affair!

Our President gets a trophy for
leading others astray in the Park!

Thanks once again, go as always to Hunt - or Samuel Pickwick Esq, our esteemed President
as he now is, and Pruffle, for their organisation of this historic cycle event. And to Dave
Betts, for leading the ride to Richmond Park.

For sure, the Pickwickians are back on the road………Editor

The Benson VCC Rally - Sunday 3rd July
Another event that has missed out during the past two years - is definitely happening this
year. Our Club has been represented in this glorious rally/ride for many years, so why not
make a day of it and take along your historic bicycle (if you have one) and participate. If not
just take yourself along and enjoy a great day out.
