Thanks to Dr Slammer for uncovering yet another piece of the Club’s early history.

Our industrious soubriquet historian, Joseph Smiggers has provided some information
about this past Club member, and other members of the same name (family?)

Frank Nisbet (aka Gabriel Grubb) was indeed a member pre - 1881

There was a W.Nisbet C1879 (a brother perhaps?)
Then there was an A.Nisbet listed in 1924.

More up to date, there is currently Peter Nisbet (Jack Bramber) a member since 2015,
but having been in contact with him, he is pretty certain that there are no family ties
with Frank Nesbit. (sometimes the spelling of names become changed over so many years.
