You Know What Your Captain Would Say…….
Captain Dr Payne would like to remind everybody that the rules about
timing and silence are important and must be obeyed. It is very
inconsiderate to arrive late, and to talk when asked to be quiet. At
the December Garden Party, it was necessary for Deputy Captain Mr
Dumkins to instruct the bar staff to stop serving 10 minutes prior to
the allotted time of 1 o’clock. There is plenty of warning with our
military guest’s fanfare, so you have been warned.
