Your President’s Address……………….

It is with tremendous pride I take up the role of
President of this great Club. In my year I hope to meet
as many of you as I can. At our Executive Committee
Meeting in a few weeks’ time I have a proposal that we
try to arrange membership meetings to some or all of:-

Wasps – Sunday 3 April Home Game at their Coventry Ground against Saints

and similarly Harlequins, at their Twickenham Ground on Saturday 7 May
against Chiefs.

A Saturday game at Surrey Cricket Club at the Kia Oval on the 13 August
versus Warwickshire.

All the games will be for members, partners and/or friends and will provide
entry, function room dining and I hope team player(s) joining us at some time
during the match.

Additionally if numbers permit, a trip to Ghent, Belgium for the Ghent Six in
November. I would also like to try and arrange some form of function at a
hostelry used by Charles Dickens in Kent that is littered with all manner of
reference to him.

Also you will find a piece of Club memorabilia later in the magazine which I
hope you will find of interest.
